Return & Refund – Apex BioTek

At Apex BioTek, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. Every product we ship is verified to exceed 99% purity, and we stand behind that commitment. As all of our compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.

99% Purity Money-Back Guarantee

  • We are confident in the quality of every product we sell. If you obtain a valid, third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) test on any Apex BioTek Peptides product and the results show purity below 99%, we will issue a full refund for that product.

    To submit a purity claim:

  • Email us at support.apexbiotek@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include a copy of the third-party COA test results clearly showing the product name, batch or lot number, and purity reading below 99%.
  • Our team will review the submitted documentation and respond within 3–5 business days.

General Return & Refund Policy

Outside of our Purity Guarantee, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse. This policy helps us maintain quality control and ensures that all customers receive products that meet our rigorous standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support.apexbiotek@gmail.com. Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:

  • The product fails to meet 99% purity as verified by a valid third-party COA test.
  • The order was never delivered due to an error on our part.
  • A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within the required timeframe.

We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization (with the exception of products submitted for third-party purity testing under our Purity Guarantee).
