Shipping Policy – Apex BioTek

At Apex BioTek, we strive to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered reliably.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped the same or next day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Forwarder line: 7-13 business days
  • Express (Fedex): 5-7 business days

Forwarder line: Shipping time after dispatch is generally 7-13 days. Before entering the customer's country, special line transportation used ; after entering the customer's country, the goods are handed over to the local logistics company, and relenvant information will be displayed on the company's website.

Express (Fedex): Shipping time afer dispatch is the shortest, usually 5-7 days, customer do not pay customer duties.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items ordered.

Shipping Delays

Please note, Bayside Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Courier issues or disruptions
  • Weather or natural disasters

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
